Broken AC

Authored by Rickey Combs

Ugh, our AC is broken again. I just called Champion
Sunnyvale
because I know I’m probably going to have to get a new one and
now’s the time, before it gets too hot – we’ve been putting off replacing the
whole unit entirely for a couple of years now because it’s just so darn
expensive but I cant risk it going out mid-July then all the repair techs are
busy for a week to get out here. It gets really, REALLY hot in Texas, I don’t
know if you’ve heard, and people are really dependent on their AC because otherwise
they’d literally roast to death in their homes. I love living here, don’t get me
wrong, but at the end of the day it would be nicer to be somewhere close to the
beach and also less crowded. I know, I know, when you think of Texas you think
of wide open plains but there’s something to be said for having a few square
miles to yourself without anyone else. Maybe I should move to Montana!

Feels weird

It feels weird when I am on my monthly cycle and my abdomin is also a little in pain. It is hard being a woman sometimes. Right now my sister in Texas is calling me. I will call her back when I am done updating my blog. I have plenty of things to do today before I will yakking on the phone. I just don't feel like talking right now as well, as I don't feel good. On the other thing, my daughter is in bed taking her rest. She only got short nap. She should have slept longer to get better soon. She's been like that, not ever like to take a nap on day time. She sleeps early at night which is good as well. She just couldn't wait to see her dad coming from work. She's been asking for him every time she hears noise from outside. She misses him so much.

Internet always disconnects

The Author of this post is Solomon Dejesus

I do not know why, but for some reason I really have been having trouble with
the Internet connection at the office. One of my friends, who also works at a
smaller business, sent me a link to a website, t1.xo.com, to see some different services and
possibilities to change things up at work. I was glad he sent it over because it
was some pretty informative and straightforward information about what I could
do to fix my situation up. It does not seem like in this day and age there would
be connectivity issues in the workplace, but it definitely happens for us. I
know at my old company our Internet would go down once every month or two. That
really is not very often, but it meant we would not be able to do our work for
good chunks of time sometimes. That was what the real issue was for my boss.
Now, I am having similar problems. Obviously it is not any of my employees’
faults the Internet is not working, but I do not want to disable them from
getting things done for such a silly reason! The Author of this post is Solomon Dejesus

Working and Shopping Galore

I am just so tired right now from work and shopping. I didn't get to have enough sleep last night once again. For some reason I ate too late and my tummy was just rambling all morning that I could hardly get my sleep. I believe I only got four hours of sleep. Then went to work. I thought my four hours shift was so long for me. It was like the hours was just ticking so slow. I guess I just couldn't wait to get out of work and have my rest. Hopefully, tonight I could have the complete sleep that I need.

Right now my feet are aching from walking three hours in the mall while shopping. I miss the time that I stay home and I could just sit around for as long as I want.
